Not legal advice. Not a filing.
Read this before you quote Quay to a board, a PPoC, or DITC.
Quay provides operational readiness tools, checklists, draft packs, and evidence assembly for Cayman CRS 2.0, CARF, and tokenised-fund record-keeping. It does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for a Cayman Islands Principal Point of Contact, Authorising Person, licensed counsel, or CIMA or DITC authorised filer.
Classification outcomes, policy drafts, AI-extracted fields, generated XML, and evidence packs require human review. They are not legal determinations.
XML export is an operational draft for manual upload on the DITC Portal by your authorised persons. Quay does not submit to DITC, does not offer a DITC API, and does not warrant acceptance, schema certification, or penalty outcomes.
Nothing on this website is a public product signup, a free trial of the staff app, or a Quay-operated multi-tenant cloud.
Claims this site does not make

- That Quay substitutes for Cayman legal advice, CIMA counsel, or a licensed PPoC.
- Auto-filing or DITC Portal API submit.
- That funds are automatically in or out of CARF.
- That a tokenised fund equals a VASP licence requirement.
- Invented penalty statistics, or a claim that a percentage of Cayman FIs will be fined.
- UK or EU adequacy guarantees.
- Legal conclusions from AI.
