Privacy notice (this website)
This notice covers quay.rreerr.com, the public marketing site. It does not cover a customer’s self-hosted staff app, which holds its own DPA and sub-processor list.
Operator: Rodney Ebanks, Cayman Islands, pending any later Cayman company legal name shown in the footer.
What we collect from the contact form: name, organisation, role, email, optional Cayman FI-count band, and your message. A consent checkbox records that Rodney may email you about Quay. That is not a product account.
We do not ask you to upload client files, TINs, or other investor PII on this site. Do not paste them into the message field.
Delivery: the form is emailed to the configured inbox (or, if email is unavailable, you may send the same fields via mailto). We do not run a CRM as part of this website.
Analytics, if enabled, are cookieless (Plausible or Umami). There is no Google Analytics default, and there is no cookie banner unless a future non-essential cookie is added.
We do not sell the form data. We keep it only to reply to your request and to understand whether Quay is relevant to your Cayman book.
To ask for deletion or correction of a form submission, use the same contact channel and say so.
